Shipping policy

All of our orders are carefully packaged and posted in our premium Aesthetic Excellence packaging.

100% of orders will be dispatched within 2 working days - you will receive a fulfilled order email to confirm dispatch (please check your junk/spam email).

Orders placed on Saturday & Sundays will be dispatched on Monday.

UK Orders

  • Standard Shipping within 2-3 working days with Royal Mail (Free on orders over £16).
  • Express Shipping within 1-2 working days with Royal Mail.

There may sometimes be delays with Royal Mail outside of our control. Please get in touch with us if you are yet to receive your order outside of the expected shipping timeframes above so we can immediately investigate the progress of your order - we will be more than happy to help - info@aesthetic-excellence.co.uk.

Outside UK

International customers will be responsible for any customs duties, import VAT and any handling & processing fees outside our own shipping costs.

International Customs & Unaccepted Deliveries

If a parcel is not accepted by the receiver and is subsequently returned to sender, no refund will be issued. The customer will remain liable for all shipping, handling, and return costs incurred as a result of the unaccepted delivery.

For international orders, it is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of and comply with their country’s import regulations and customs policies. Customers must respond promptly to any communication from customs or the delivery service in order to avoid delays, additional charges, or return of the item.

Failure to adhere to local customs requirements or to respond to attempted delivery communications may result in forfeiture of the goods and does not entitle the customer to a refund.
