CUSTOMISING YOUR POSITIONING MAT

Please note we require 10-12 weeks from approval of your design proof to manufacture and shipping of your mat to you (UK ORDERS). Please note international orders time-frames will vary depending on the delivery time required.

We work closely with the manufacturer to ensure the design is exactly as you want it.

We may be able to accommodate some different sizes of positioning mat, please get in touch to discuss.

Following purchase, please send via email:

1. A PDF document with the logo you wish to have on the mat

2. The colour choice of mat you wish

3. Any further details you want to customise (i.e. position and size of logo, size of numbers, outline design). These are subject to acceptance.

You will receive a confirmation of receipt email of the above. Following this, we will send you a proof of the design within 3-4 working days. Your customised mat proof design will only be sent to manufacture once you have authorised the proof and we have agreed on the design with manufacturer. Following approval, the estimated delivery time is under 10-12 weeks.

Please note we accept as many proof revisions as needed to obtain your desired mat design. Once sent to manufacture however, we cannot accept any further changes.

Please note all sales on our Custom Photography Positioning Mats are final. Due to the personalised nature of the product, we will not accept any returns or refunds.
